Dubai has given the Mansory Cullinan an official role. In April 2025 Dubai Police unveiled a Mansory-tuned Cullinan for its patrol fleet at an event at Dubai World Trade Centre, finished in the force's white and dark green and fitted with a forged carbon splitter, flared arches and a 610 hp V12. It joined a fleet known around the world for its supercars, and it showed how far the big Rolls-Royce has travelled from the chauffeur's world. The Series II conversion shown here goes further again, with the grille and slim lamps of the 2024 car above a bumper rebuilt with angular, slatted intakes, wider arches and carbon from nose to tail.
This one is gloss black, so the black and silver forged carbon on the bonnet, arches, sills and rear window frame does most of the talking. The wheels are matte black and the rear carries four squared tailpipes in pairs at the corners. Inside, the contrast is complete: white leather seats, door cards and armrest, a steering wheel trimmed in white and carbon, and a carbon dashboard with the Mansory Atelier plaque. The black velvet base carries an etched plaque numbering it in an edition of 30. H&H builds it at 1:18.
