The Idlers Club runs a 12-hour race at Twin Ring Motegi, now Mobility Resort Motegi, in Tochigi prefecture. The club is a loose organisation of car enthusiasts who put enjoyment ahead of the hierarchy of professional racing. RAUH-Welt Begriff is a constant presence: Akira Nakai almost always brings his personal Porsche, along with RWB cars belonging to customers around the world, and many of them still carry idlers stencilled on their tyres after the event. Nakai, born in Chiba in 1970, named the company after his old drift crew, Rough World. The donor car is a 964, the 911 generation built from 1989 with a 3.6-litre flat-six of 250 PS.
This car is matte black scattered with red and pale pink cherry blossoms. A gold front splitter runs beneath the nose, and a gold swan-neck rear wing carries idlers club in green along its black top plane. A RAUH-Welt banner crosses the windscreen, sponsor stickers including Liqui Moly sit on the rear side windows, and RWB964 plates are fixed front and rear. White multi-spoke wheels sit under the wide arches on tyres with red lettering, twin tailpipes exit beneath the rear, and the car stands on a white leather-look base. It is built at 1:18.
