Porsche 918 Spyder, Matte White

Porsche showed the 918 Spyder as a concept at Geneva in March 2010 and unveiled the production car at Frankfurt in September 2013, building a limited series of 918. Behind the cabin sits a 4.6-litre naturally aspirated V8 of 608 PS, and two electric motors, one for each axle, add 286 PS for a combined 887 PS and 1,280 Nm. That same month a 918 with the Weissach Package lapped the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 6:57, the first street-legal production car to go under seven minutes. Production ended in June 2015, the run having sold out the previous December.

This model is in matte white with lime green calipers and green 918 Spyder script on the tail, and it goes further than the factory car: a fixed carbon wing on twin uprights, carbon blades behind the rear wheels and an extended carbon diffuser, on chrome multi-spoke wheels with red centre locks. With the roof panels off, the cabin shows black seats with green accents, and a Québec plate is fitted at the rear. It stands on a white leather base with red stitching, and its black plaque lists the V8 and hybrid figures and marks the car as a limited edition. The model is built at 1:18.
