Porsche 911 Singer DLS, Tiffany Blue

Singer began with the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer, which asked what the classic 911 would be if it were reimagined for the twenty-first century. The Dynamics and Lightweighting Study of 2018 went further. Developed with Williams Advanced Engineering and drawing on knowledge from Formula 1, it has a body made entirely of carbon fibre with widened wings, a chassis and suspension retuned throughout, and an air-cooled flat-six built in partnership with Hans Mezger. In 2023 Singer added turbocharging to the DLS programme in a version that honours Porsche's 934/5 endurance racers of the 1970s, but the car modelled here is the original.

It is finished in a pale blue-green listed as Tiffany Blue, with white sill stripes carrying an orange PORSCHE script and orange lettering across the tail. The five-spoke wheels have polished rims and silver spokes. The cabin, seen through the glass, is a warm tan on the bucket seats, door cards and dashboard band, with a carbon centre tunnel below the black dashboard. The engine lid opens on the carbon intake, its Williams Advanced Engineering plate and the cooling fan in its carbon housing. It stands on a light wood base in a black frame, and the plaque reads Limited Edition, one of 40. IVY builds it in resin at 1:12.
