Porsche 911 Singer DLS, Azzurro Tethys with White Stripes

Singer Vehicle Design showed the DLS, short for Dynamics and Lightweighting Study, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2018. It was developed with Williams Advanced Engineering on a 964-generation 911, with a carbon-fibre body and an air-cooled 4.0-litre flat six that revs to 9,000 rpm and makes 500 bhp, and Singer planned 75 cars. The changes are many but quiet: wider arches, a ducktail with a carbon grille, a deeper front valance and wheels in the old Fuchs pattern, so the car still reads at first glance as a classic 911.

Make Up builds this one under its Eidolon label as an exclusive edition for GDMODEL, in Azzurro Tethys, a pale blue metallic. A broad white stripe runs over the bonnet and roof, and PORSCHE is written in white along each sill. The five-spoke wheels have grey centres and polished rims, the round headlamps are clear above amber indicators, and the cabin is trimmed in cream behind a roll cage. At the back, the Singer script sits on the ducktail and twin exhausts exit through the carbon diffuser below a DLS plate. The car stands on a pale suede base, and the carbon-weave plaque carries the Eidolon make up. logo, the GDMODEL Exclusive Edition name and an edition size of 30. It is built at 1:18.
