Singer Vehicle Design takes an owner's 964-generation Porsche 911, built from 1989 to 1994, and rebuilds it with much of the bodywork in carbon fibre, reshaped to the slimmer long-bonnet look of the late 1960s and early 1970s. The firm first sold the result as the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer; it is now called the Classic Study. This commission is white with red: red script and stripes along the sills, red bands across both bumpers and red lips on white five-spoke wheels. The pairing recalls the white Carrera RS 2.7 of 1973, often seen with its Carrera script and wheel centres in one accent colour, and the ducktail nods to that car too.
The model is finished in gloss white, the red graphics sharp along the flanks and across the tail, where PORSCHE runs below the ducktail and its Singer script, and two driving lamps stand on the bonnet. The cabin is red throughout: dashboard, door panels, seats set with metal eyelets and the rim of the drilled three-spoke wheel, above perforated aluminium footwell plates. The engine lid opens on the flat-six, its six mesh-capped intake trumpets above a ribbed fan housing and a red bulkhead. It stands on a black base with red stitching over a red plinth; the brushed plaque carries the Singer Vehicle Design script and the edition, one of 15. IVY builds it at 1:12.
