Porsche 911 GT3 RS Weissach Package, Gulf Blue

On 18 April 2018 Kévin Estre lapped the Nürburgring in 6 minutes 56.4 seconds in the 991.2 GT3 RS. Porsche had unveiled the facelifted car that February and shown it at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Its 4.0-litre flat-six, similar to the engines in the GT3 and the RSR race car, produces 520 PS and revs to 9,000 rpm. A Weissach package, with more carbon fibre body and interior parts and magnesium wheels, was offered as an option.

Make Up paints this example in Gulf Blue with orange GT3 RS script along the sills and a small GT3 RS badge on the tail. The front lid and roof are bare carbon, the wing on its tall uprights is black, and the multi-spoke wheels are grey with yellow calipers. The louvres on the front wings, the twin ducts in the bonnet and the side intakes ahead of the rear wheels are all picked out. The car sits on a cream textured base with stitched edges and a carbon-pattern plaque reading 911 GT3RS. Make Up builds it at 1:18.
