Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Viola Purple Metallic with Black Livery

The 992-generation 911 GT3 RS is the most track-focused naturally aspirated 911 Porsche has built, its 4.0-litre flat-six spinning past 9,000rpm beneath a body shaped almost entirely by downforce. The swan-neck rear wing, DRS-actuated elements and centre-radiator layout came straight from the firm's GT racing programme, which makes the touring twist seen here so disarming: a roof box and rack turned a circuit weapon into a long-weekend machine, the kind of contradiction only a 911 can carry off without irony. Exposed carbon vents punch through the bonnet, GT3 RS script runs along the sill, and yellow calipers behind the open-spoke wheels mark out the ceramic brakes.

Finished in a deep metallic violet purple with gloss-black graphics and slate-blue wheels, the colour gives the aggressive aero a more theatrical, almost concours edge.
