Porsche announced the 992-generation 911 GT3 RS in August 2022 and built it around aerodynamics. At 285 km/h it produces 860 kg of downforce, twice the figure of the 991.2 GT3 RS. The rear wing has a fixed element and an active section that opens and closes on its own or at the press of a steering-wheel button, an idea borrowed from the drag reduction system in Formula 1. The engine stays naturally aspirated: a 4.0-litre flat-six of 525 PS at 8,500 rpm and 465 Nm, with a 9,000 rpm redline. A European-specification car weighs 1,450 kg.
This one is finished in the colour its plaque calls Urban Bamboo, a pale blue with a silver and gold sheen that changes with the light. Exposed carbon covers the roof and the vented bonnet, pale gold GT3 RS lettering runs along the doors, and an RS sits on each wing endplate. The wheels are gold with centre locks, with yellow calipers behind them. At the rear, red shows through the slats of the engine cover above the full-width light bar, and the twin tailpipes sit in a black diffuser. The wing hangs from mounts that reach over its top surface. It sits on a pale grey suede base, and its plaque marks it as one of 60. Fuelme builds it at 1:18.
