Porsche revealed the 992 generation 911 GT3 RS on 17 August 2022, and it was the most openly aerodynamic road 911 the company had made. The main radiator moved to the centre of the nose, as on the GT3 R and RSR racing cars, so the space in front of the wheels could feed a larger splitter and active flaps. On the swan-neck rear wing sat the first drag reduction system on a production Porsche, opened by a button on the steering wheel. Porsche gave the total as 860 kg of downforce at 285 km/h, about twice its predecessor's, with a 4.0-litre flat-six behind the cabin.
This model takes that hard-edged shape and dresses it in luggage. Every panel, down to the wing, the mirrors and the arch louvres, is covered in a soft brown with a monogram pattern of interlocked initials and flowers printed in gold, and the GT3 RS script along the sills is in matching gold. Dark grey wheels and black trim keep the rest restrained. The cabin and the engine bay behind the deck are detailed. The car stands on a white leather base stitched in red, with a brushed plaque that reads Louis Vuitton Design and marks the car as one of three. It is built at 1:18.
