There is no purer expression of the air-cooled 911 than what Singer does to a 964. The donor is a 964, one of the last air-cooled 911s, and here it has been taken back to bare metal and rebuilt to an obsessive standard: a wide, smoothed body, restored bumpers pulled tight to the shell, those signature five-spoke wheels, and a cabin trimmed in cognac leather that shows from across a room. The Targa adds a lift-out roof panel and wraparound rear glass behind a fixed hoop, keeping the open-air idea Porsche pioneered in the 1960s while the engineering underneath is quietly modern. It is a car built for someone who already knows the difference and wants it executed without compromise.
The body is finished in a deep gun metallic grey that shifts from near-black in shadow to a fine pewter shimmer under direct light, set off by the tan interior and dark-centred wheels. Make Up captures the reworked panel surfaces and the Targa detailing precisely, presenting it at 1:18 on a leather-trimmed base.
