Chassis 904-055 was delivered in May 1964 to Ben Pon, who had driven in the Dutch Grand Prix two years earlier, and went straight into a busy season in orange under the Racing Team Holland name. After a first outing at Spa it went to the ADAC 1000 km at the Nürburgring on 31 May, where Pon and Gerhard Koch finished third overall, behind only the works Ferraris of Scarfiotti and Vaccarella and of Parkes and Guichet, and first in the 2-litre GT class. Three weeks later the same car was eighth at Le Mans, with Henk van Zalinge sharing the driving.

CMC finishes it in that orange, with white #45 numerals on black roundels and Racing Team Holland lettered along the front wings. The front lid opens on the fuel tank, with its opening filler cap, and the spare wheel; the whole tail section swings back on hinges that copy the real car's movement, uncovering the four-cam Fuhrmann flat-four with its wiring and mesh-capped intakes. The doors open, their windows slide, and inside are cloth-covered seats, a wood-rimmed wheel and a full set of instruments. A limited edition of 1,500. CMC builds it at 1:18, from 922 parts.
