Pagani Zonda, ZoZo Purple

The Zonda ZoZo was made for Yusaku Maezawa, the founder of the Japanese online clothing retailer ZozoTown. It belongs to the 760 series, the one-off Zondas Pagani built to individual order, some of them on existing or rebuilt chassis. All of them use the naturally aspirated 7.3-litre AMG M297 V12, tuned here to 760 PS, the figure that gives the series its name. That engine first came to the Zonda with the Zonda F, shown at Geneva in 2005.

On this piece the ZoZo Purple paint is a deep magenta that turns almost black in shadow, set against bare carbon on the roof, sills and lower body. The wheels are black multi-spoke, the roof carries its scoop, and the outer ends of the rear wing are painted to match the body. The round four-pipe exhaust sits in a carbon tail panel with blue showing in the engine bay behind. It stands on a black suede base with white stitching and a mirrored ZONDA ZOZO plaque.
