Lewis Hamilton 1:5 Helmet, Singapore 2025
Lewis Hamilton raced for Ferrari for the first time in 2025, after twelve seasons with Mercedes, and for the Singapore Grand Prix that October he swapped his usual helmet for one finished entirely in gold, glittering under the Marina Bay floodlights. Formula 1's own round-up of the weekend picked out the sparkle. He qualified sixth and crossed the line seventh, then dropped to eighth after a five-second penalty for exceeding track limits. Gold has a history with him: he wore a gold helmet at the Abu Dhabi finale in 2018, with his fifth world title already won.
LookSmart's model is mirror gold all over, with fine glitter across the crown and gold flecks running through the side stripes, which carry small red stars. HAM is lettered across the back above the Peroni logo, and on each side a lion's head is picked out in gold glitter. The visor is a tinted amber gold beneath a Richard Mille strip, and the Ferrari shield and the UniCredit, Bitdefender, ambipar and HP logos sit where they did on the real helmet, with Bell's marks on the shell. It stands on a black display base lettered Lewis Hamilton 2025 Singapore GP, with Scuderia Ferrari HP along the side. LookSmart builds it at 1:5, in resin.
