Lamborghini Revuelto, Matt Black

At the heart of the Revuelto is the L545, a new 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 of 825 PS at 9,250 rpm and 725 Nm. It weighs 218 kg, 17 kg less than the Aventador's V12, and drives through a new eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox mounted transversely. Three electric motors join it, two on the front axle and one on the gearbox, drawing on a 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery, for 1,015 PS in total. The front motors give electric torque vectoring and let the car run on electricity alone, since the gearbox can decouple the engine, and the motors also handle reversing. The battery can be recharged in about 30 minutes at 7 kW, or in six minutes by the V12 and regenerative braking.

Here it is finished in matt black, a satin surface that shows every crease along the doors and the sharp edges of the nose. Red brake calipers sit behind gloss-black wheels, and the Y-shaped tail lamps glow red around the twin hexagonal exhausts. Carbon trims the splitter, sills and the finned diffuser, and the REVUELTO plate sits low in the tail. The car stands on a white base with a black plaque bearing its name. It is built at 1:18.
