Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster, Xago Edition

On 17 July 2020 Lamborghini launched its Ad Personam virtual studio, which let customers specify a car through a remote consultation without travelling to Sant'Agata Bolognese, and introduced the Aventador SVJ Xago Edition alongside it: ten SVJ Roadsters for clients using the new service. The theme was the hexagon, which Lamborghini calls hexagonita, inspired by the hexagonal cloud formation at Saturn's North Pole and the strength of the shape in nature. A fading hexagonal silver effect runs along the sides, each of the ten cars carries its own contrast colour livery, and the wheels are gloss black Nireo Ad Personam rims. The hexagonita pattern repeats on the seats, each car has a numbered plate in the cabin, and the mechanical specification is that of the standard SVJ Roadster.

MR Collection builds this example in white with blue. A deep metallic blue picks out the splitter edges, the sill blades, the mirror caps, the diffuser fins and the rear wing, and the grey hexagon fade spreads across the doors and rear wings. The roof section is black, the seats are white with blue, and the black multi-spoke wheels match the real car's Nireo rims. At the tail the AVENTADOR SVJ ROADSTER plate sits above the carbon diffuser. The car stands on a carbon-pattern base with a model plate on its front edge. MR Collection builds it in resin at 1:18.
