In July 2018 Lamborghini test driver Marco Mapelli lapped the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 6:44.97 in a camouflaged Aventador SVJ, and the finished car made its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance that summer. The Jota name came with 770 PS at 8,500 rpm and the ALA active aerodynamics, managed by the LDVA 2.0 system, which reads inertial sensors and resets the car's set-up every 0.5 seconds; Lamborghini claimed 40% more downforce than the SV. The SVJ Roadster was unveiled at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, and 800 were built. Later that year Lamborghini added the SVJ 63 Roadster, 63 cars marking its founding in 1963, which carried an SVJ 63 livery and a numbered plate.
MR Collection finishes this open SVJ in Blu Cepheus, a pale sky blue, and dresses it in yellow: a large 63 in yellow outline on the bonnet and both doors, yellow pinstripes along the splitter, sills and diffuser fins, and a yellow rear wing. The roof section is black, the cabin has yellow accents, and the black forged wheels frame yellow brake calipers. At the tail the AVENTADOR SVJ ROADSTER plate sits below the twin exhausts. The car stands on a carbon-pattern base with a red stitched border. MR Collection builds it in resin at 1:18.
