Lamborghini Aventador SVJ LB Performance, Lime Green

Underneath the bolt-on bodywork is the Aventador SVJ, revealed at Monterey Car Week in August 2018 and limited to 900 coupés. Its 6.5-litre V12 made 770 CV at 8,500 rpm and 720 Nm, the most powerful series-production V12 Lamborghini had built, in a car weighing 1,525 kg dry, and a month before its debut it had set a production-car record of 6:44.97 around the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Liberty Walk, which grew from Wataru Kato's Nagoya used-car business, made its name with wide arches riveted to the body, and its Lamborghini work proved popular enough to become a division of its own, LB Performance. On the Aventador it replaces whole panels rather than cutting the originals.

The model is painted a bright lime green, with a carbon bonnet and rivet heads running round the widened arches. Yellow fins line the diffuser and the rear canards, a tall carbon wing stands on its supports with green endplates, and chrome multi-spoke wheels frame green calipers. It sits on a white leather base stitched in red, under a mirrored plaque reading LB Performance, Aventador SVJ, Limited, one of 8, and Davis & Giovanni. Davis & Giovanni builds it at 1:18.
