Lamborghini announced the first Aventador Roadster for production on 27 December 2012. Its roof was two carbon-fibre panels of about 6kg each that stowed in the front compartment, and the rear pillars were reinforced to make up for the stiffness lost without a fixed roof. The open car followed every step of the range after that, through the SV Roadster, the S Roadster and the SVJ Roadster shown at Geneva in 2019, to the Ultimae Roadster of 2021. With 780 PS and the SVJ's 720 Nm of torque, the Ultimae was the most powerful version of the Aventador, and 250 Roadsters were built.
Make Up finishes this one in Rosso Mars Pearl over black sills and lower body, with a thin red line picked out across the black front lip. The roof is off, showing black seats, and the black wheels have split Y spokes. A small Italian flag sits behind each door, and the rear carries the Lamborghini script above a carbon diffuser with its row of fins. The car stands on a pale grey suede base with a white plaque naming the Aventador Ultimae Roadster. Make Up builds it at 1:18.
