The Aventador arrived at the Geneva Motor Show on 28 February 2011 with a 6.5-litre V12, internally coded L539, making 700 PS at 8,250 rpm. Over the next decade the same engine was developed through the S, the SV and the SVJ, and the line closed with the LP 780-4 Ultimae, announced on Lamborghini's social channels in July 2021. Output rose to 780 PS, and the run was capped at 600 cars, 350 coupés and 250 Roadsters. Production of the Aventador ran from February 2011 to September 2022.
Make Up paints this Roadster in Blu Tawaret, a bright metallic blue that turns a deeper blue along the sills, and shows it with the roof panels off and black seats in the cabin. The wheels are black, with spokes that split into a Y, and a small Italian flag sits behind each door. At the back are the Lamborghini script, the exhaust outlets and a finned carbon diffuser. The car stands on a pale grey suede base, and the white plaque names the Aventador Ultimae Roadster. Make Up builds it at 1:18.
