In September 2012 the tuner Oakley Design and the supercar broker Refined Marques showed the first of ten Aventador LP760-4 Dragon Editions. With a titanium exhaust and an engine software upgrade the V12 made 760 hp, and the car kept its four-wheel drive. Clear carbon fibre replaced the black trim on the extended front intakes and centre splitter and formed a new fixed rear wing, while the roof, mirrors and the intakes behind the side windows were finished in gloss carbon. The first car was wrapped in chrome aqua blue over matte black and ran on black HRE wheels.
This model takes that name into Liberty Walk territory. Its plaque reads LB Performance x Oakley Design, 760-4 Dragon Edition, and the body wears riveted arch extensions with LB-R Fighters Works lettering across the top of the windscreen. The paint is a satin metallic green with a darker sunburst pattern on the doors, a red Intake arrow on each flank, a Japanese flag and Pirelli and Airrex decals, and the bonnet is bare carbon with louvred vents. Black turbine-style wheels with carbon inserts wear P Zero tyres lettered in yellow, a carbon wing stands on two pylons, and blue-tinted tailpipes sit in the finned diffuser. The red-stitched white leather base carries the Davis & Giovanni name and gives the edition as 8 pieces. It is built at 1:18.
