Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV Roadster, Matte Orange

SuperVeloce means super fast, and Lamborghini built 500 Aventador SV Roadsters after unveiling the car at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in 2015. The open car took everything from the SV coupé: the 750 PS V12, the revised front splitter and rear diffuser, the large rear wing and a body 50 kg lighter than its standard sibling. Lamborghini claimed 180 per cent more downforce for the SV than for the standard coupé. What the Roadster added was the two-piece carbon roof, each panel light enough to lift out by hand and stow in the front luggage compartment, so the V12 can be heard with nothing overhead.

This example is painted a matte metallic orange, with a black stripe running over the nose and the engine cover, and its roof panels are off. The cabin is black with orange: orange stitching and seat inserts, an orange Lamborghini script on the dashboard and the bull in orange on the floor mats. The black multi-spoke wheels have orange outer rims and P Zero lettering on the tyres, with a touch of Italian tricolore on the brakes, and an Aventador SV plate sits at the rear above the four tailpipes.
