The Monza SP1 was the opening shot of Ferrari's Icona series, a single-seat barchetta drawn from the spirit of the 1950s 750 and 860 Monza racers and built for a small circle of clients invited to buy in. There is no roof and no windscreen, only a Virtual Wind Shield deflecting air over a lone cockpit, while a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 lifted from the 812 sits ahead of the driver. It is the most stripped, most elemental shape Ferrari has made in the modern era: a long carbon-fibre prow, a tonneau cover sealing the passenger void, and quad exhausts framing a tail that exists purely to channel wind and noise. Here it wears a deep British Racing Green over the structural carbon, a yellow stripe running the length of the nose and a small matching helmet placed beside it on the base.

The model captures the difficulty of that single-cockpit form, the carbon underbody and diffuser picked out against the green, the gold brake calipers and five-spoke wheels rendered cleanly. Verde British Racing reads almost black in shadow and turns to bottle green in the light, exactly as the colour behaves on the real car. It is built at 1:18 and sits on a finished display base.
