Ferrari FXX K Evo, Silver Flake

The FXX K was the LaFerrari turned into a track car for Ferrari's own client programme. Unveiled at Yas Marina at the end of 2014, it paired an 860 PS V12 with a 190 PS electric motor for 1,050 PS in all, the K standing for its kinetic energy recovery system, and only 40 were made. In October 2017 Ferrari followed it with the Evo, which reworked the front, added a large rear wing and new underbody diffusers and took out about 90 kg. Ferrari quoted 23 per cent more downforce than the FXX K and 75 per cent more than the road-going LaFerrari. Neither was ever meant for the road.

This one is painted in a silver packed with holographic flake, so the body sparkles in different colours as the light moves, set against a carbon roof, a carbon centre section on the bonnet and a carbon splitter, canards and diffuser. An Italian tricolore sits on the nose, FXX K Evo script on the flanks and No Step on the sills, and the black wheels wear Pirelli P Zero tyres with yellow lettering. It stands on a gloss carbon-effect base with the FXX K Evo logo printed across the front, built at 1:18.
