Novitec was founded by Wolfgang Hagedorn in 1989 in Stetten, Bavaria, and sells its Ferrari work under the Novitec Rosso name. Its F8 Tributo programme, shown in January 2021, starts from the 720 hp twin-turbo V8 and takes it to 802 hp and 898 Nm in its strongest form. The aerodynamic parts are carbon: a two-piece front spoiler, flaps on the side intakes, a bonnet insert, rocker panels, a diffuser with carbon fins, and either a large rear wing or a discreet spoiler lip. Novitec's NF10 forged wheels, developed with Vossen, are 21 inches at the front and 22 at the rear, and sport springs lower the car by about 35 mm.
This model is painted a pale metallic blue, with a carbon roof and a white Ferrari banner across the top of the windscreen. Silver five twin-spoke wheels fill the arches. At the back, a carbon spoiler lip sits over the four round lamps, a red Novitec plate takes the place of the number plate, and the carbon diffuser carries tall fins either side of the twin tailpipes. The cabin is pale grey and light blue. It stands on a white leather base stitched in red, with a black plaque that reads Novitec Group, F8 Tributo, Limited, one of 8, and Davis & Giovanni. Davis & Giovanni builds it at 1:18.
