Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended Wheelbase Series II, White & Black

Rolls-Royce calls the eighth-generation Phantom a blank canvas, and says it draws the most ambitious Bespoke commissions the company takes on. Part of that canvas is the Gallery, a display section across the dashboard meant for artwork or unusual materials chosen by the owner. When the Series II arrived in May 2022, the changes were light: a Pantheon grille lit from within, a feature first seen on the Ghost, a small change to the grille's geometry that brings the RR badge and Spirit of Ecstasy forward, laser-cut starlights in the headlamps, new wheels and a slightly thicker steering wheel. Rolls-Royce also noted that the Phantom is now mostly bought by owner-drivers, while the Phantom Extended, 220 mm longer, is the car to be driven in.

This one is two-tone: gloss white on the flanks and nose, with the bonnet, roof, boot and tail in gloss black. The Spirit of Ecstasy is gold, and the polished disc wheels have chrome centres. The cabin is the surprise. The white front seats are covered in black hand-drawn sketches, the black door panels carry a fine gold line, and the fascia panel holds a grey printed artwork beneath a dark, speckled headliner. It sits on a black velvet base with white stitching, and the etched plaque reads Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended Wheelbase II, Jim&Bill and Henson&Heaven, one of 25. H&H builds it at 1:18.
