Porsche 911 S/T, Black

The 911 ST is Porsche's 60th-anniversary 911: a GT3 stripped of its wing and dressed in the spirit of the 1970s lightweight racers, with the high-revving 4.0-litre flat-six and a manual gearbox as the only option. What the ST chases isn't lap times but purity: the smooth tail in place of the GT3's swan-neck rear wing, the gold "PORSCHE" script along the rocker, the lightweight glass and magnesium wheels. It is the connoisseur's 911, built for the driver who already knows what a GT3 does and wants it quieter, cleaner, and rarer.

Finished in deep gloss black, the model lets the 992's surfacing do the talking, the only drama coming from the bright red centre-lock wheels and the red rocker lettering that picks up the same tone. On its presentation base, the engine cover, full-width light bar and twin central tailpipes are all faithfully rendered. IVY captures it at 1:18 with the restraint the car deserves.
