Porsche 911 GT3 RS, White with Green Wheels

The 992 GT3 RS is the most openly aerodynamic road 911 Porsche has made. Its louvred front wings vent the wheel arches, fins on the roof push warm air away from the engine intakes, and the double wishbone front axle uses teardrop shaped links to cope with the airflow around the wheels. At the back the rear wing carries a drag reduction system, a first on a production Porsche, and its upper edge stands above the roofline. Porsche quotes 860 kg of downforce at 285 km/h and 525 PS from the naturally aspirated flat six, the extra power coming mainly from new camshafts.

Here the car is white with green as its only accent, a pairing that echoes the Grand Prix White Carrera RS 2.7 of 1973, which could be ordered with green lettering and wheels. The green runs through the GT3 RS script on the sills and tail, the forged wheels with their white rim line, the mirror caps, the short stripes on the front corners and the roll cage inside. The bonnet stays white, the vents and splitter are black, and the plates read S GO 5017. It stands on a carbon pattern base with a plaque marked 911 (992.1) and marking the car as one of 49.
