Porsche 911 GT3, Black & Red

Porsche revealed the 992-generation 911 GT3 in February 2021 and, as with every GT3 before it, built the car around its engine: a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six making 510 PS and revving to 9,000 rpm. The front axle moved to a double-wishbone layout influenced by the 911 RSR racing car, and the large rear wing now hangs from swan-neck supports that hold it from above, so its underside stays clean and does more of the work. It is quick enough for a circuit and civil enough to be driven home afterwards, which is how most owners use one. This car keeps the standard body and adds a little theatre: a red stripe running over the bonnet and roof, lettered PORSCHE where it crosses the nose.

IVY finishes it in deep gloss black, with the red stripe and a red PORSCHE script along each sill as the only colour on the body. The black centre-lock wheels carry a thin red line around the rim, with red calipers behind them, and the front intakes, diffuser fins and twin centre exhausts are all picked out, along with the GT3 plate on the tail. It stands on a red leather base with black stitching, and the plaque reads Limited Edition, one of 20. IVY builds it at 1:18.
