The Zonda F appeared at the Geneva show in 2005, the most thoroughly reworked Zonda up to that point. The F stands for Juan Manuel Fangio, who had advised Horacio Pagani through the car's early development; Pagani once planned to call it the Fangio F1, and after Fangio's death in 1995 named it after the Zonda wind instead. Power came from a new 7.3-litre Mercedes-AMG V12 with revised intakes, exhaust and engine management, making 602 PS and 760 Nm in a car weighing 1,230 kg dry. Outside there was an extra headlamp each side, new fog lamps in the lower grille, a revised nose, more vents and a new rear wing, with carbon ceramic brakes developed with Brembo on the options list.

The model is painted a light metallic blue over exposed carbon, which covers the lower body, the roof and the rear wing. Silver multi-spoke wheels fill the arches, the cabin is trimmed in cream leather, and at the back the four tailpipes sit in their round cluster above a California plate that reads FANGIO. It stands on a white leather base stitched in red, under a mirrored plaque that lists the car's figures and reads Limited, one of 8. It is built at 1:18.
