The W222 S-Class made its debut in Hamburg on 15 May 2013 and went into production at Sindelfingen in June. The S 65 AMG followed at the Los Angeles and Tokyo motor shows later that year, and sales began in March 2014. Its 6.0-litre twin-turbo V12, the M 279, produced 630 PS at 4,800 rpm and 1,000 Nm between 2,300 and 4,300 rpm. The S-Class was refreshed in April 2017 for the 2018 model year, and the new grille was drawn to set the V12 cars apart from the eight-cylinder ones. The S 65 ran until November 2019.
This model is in gloss white with a dark roof panel and black window surrounds. The grille has chrome horizontal bars, V12 BITURBO script sits on the front wings, AMG plates are fixed front and rear, and the S 65 badge is on the boot lid. Silver multi-spoke wheels fill the arches, mesh grilles sit in the front intakes, and a black diffuser at the back carries the quad tailpipes. The car stands on a red leather-look base with white stitching. It is built at 1:18.
