Mercedes-Benz S 65 Final Edition, Black

In February 2019 Mercedes-AMG announced that the S 65 would bow out with a Final Edition of 130 cars, unveiled at the Geneva show on 2 March. Each was painted Obsidian Black metallic with bronze highlights on the bumpers, below the doors and on 20-inch wheels, carried AMG emblems on the C-pillars, and had black Exclusive Nappa leather, carbon trim and bronze stitching on the floor mats. The engine was the same 6.0-litre twin-turbo V12, rated at 630 PS and 1,000 Nm. Production of the S 65 ended in November 2019, and the V12 carried on in the Mercedes-Maybach S 650.

This is the Final Edition: gloss black paint with multi-spoke wheels in a bronze tone, bronze trim along the sills, around the front air intakes and across the rear diffuser, and a round emblem on each C-pillar. The grille with its chrome horizontal bars, the V12 BITURBO script on the front wings, the AMG plates front and rear and the quad tailpipes are all in place, with red tail lamps and the long rear doors of the long-wheelbase body. The car stands on a white base. It is built at 1:18.
