McLaren Hamann Memor 2 MP4-12C, White & Black

The MP4-12C was McLaren's return to series road cars after the F1: a carbon-tubbed, twin-turbo V8 mid-engined coupe built to chase Ferrari on pace and to out-engineer everyone on ride. Hamann's Memor programme took that clinical machine and gave it presence it never asked for: a wide-body kit with flared arches, a deep front splitter, a carbon bonnet stripe and a fixed rear wing that turns the smooth McLaren silhouette into something far more aggressive. The intent shows in the badging (Hamann script front and rear, the "Memor 2" mark on the flanks) and in the stance, dropped over big dark multi-spoke wheels. It is a tuner's statement on one of the most technical cars of its era, made for someone who found the standard 12C a touch too restrained.

The model is finished in white against the exposed carbon of the bonnet stripe, side intakes and diffuser, with the dark wheels and red brake calipers picked out cleanly. The wide-arch bodywork and the aero hardware carry the detail well at this size. MG Model Plus renders it at 1:18 on a black presentation base.
