Lamborghini Centenario, Red

Lamborghini named the Centenario for the 100th birthday of its founder, Ferruccio Lamborghini, and unveiled the coupé at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, with the Roadster following at Pebble Beach that August. Only 40 were built in 2016 and 2017, 20 of each, all sold by invitation to selected customers. It kept the Aventador's carbon fibre monocoque and the 6.5-litre V12, raised to 770 PS at 8,500 rpm, for 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and 350 km/h. It was the first Lamborghini with rear-wheel steering, and its aerodynamics paired a twin-deck front splitter with rear diffusers that Lamborghini described as the largest ever fitted to a car, working with an electronically controlled rear wing.

MR Collection builds this coupé with its body in red-tinted carbon fibre, the weave visible under a deep gloss. White trim edges the front splitter, the sills and the blades of the rear diffuser, the dark centre-lock wheels carry red-edged blades, and the three exhausts sit together at the centre of the tail below the CENTENARIO plate. The car stands on a cream leather base with dark stitching over a carbon-pattern plinth, with a plate on its front corner. MR Collection builds it in resin at 1:18.
