Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae, Chameleon Purple

The Aventador's ending took longer than planned. In February 2022, after production had stopped, the car carrier Felicity Ace caught fire and sank near the Azores with 15 Aventadors aboard, and Lamborghini restarted the Ultimae line to build replacements. In April 2022 the last Ultimae coupé was sold at an RM Sotheby's auction for more than US$1.6 million, paired with a one-of-one NFT. The Ultimae was the farewell version: a 6.5-litre V12 of 780 PS, and a run of 350 coupés and 250 Roadsters.

This one is finished in Chameleon Purple, a deep plum that turns almost black away from the light, with lime green pinstripes along the black sills, around the front lip and across the fins of the rear diffuser. The green carries on to the brake calipers and a stripe on each mirror, the dark grey wheels have red centres, and the cabin is light grey under a carbon roof. It stands on a white acrylic base raised on clear posts, with a carbon-pattern plaque. Make Up builds it at 1:43.
