Lamborghini Aventador LB Performance 2.0 Roadster, Matte Grey

Lamborghini launched the Aventador at the Geneva Motor Show in February 2011 with a 6.5-litre V12 of 700 PS, and announced the Roadster at the end of 2012, its roof made of two carbon panels of 6 kg each that stow in the front luggage compartment. Liberty Walk, the Japanese widebody house whose cars carry the LB Performance name, then rebuilt it; the plaque calls this version the 2.0 Roadster. On the model the kit means riveted extensions on every arch, a vented carbon bonnet, a deep splitter with canards, reshaped side intakes and a tall rear wing, with the car set almost on the ground.

Davis & Giovanni paints it in a matte light grey with darker shading worked into the panels, and covers it in LB markings: LB-R Fighters Works across the top of the windscreen, LB Performance in large letters along the sills, the number 05, a red Intake Air arrow on each flank and a Japanese flag on each door. Camouflage seats show through the open top, Toyo Proxes lettering runs around the tyres, and the black multi-spoke wheels have polished rims and gold calipers, with gold exhaust pipes at the rear. The plaque on the white leather base reads LB Performance Aventador 2.0 Roadster and Davis & Giovanni and marks it as a limited edition. It is built in resin at 1:18.
