Ferrari Monza SP1, Blu Chiaro

Ferrari built the Monza SP1 to revive the spirit of the 1950s front-engined barchettas, and it shows: a single-seat speedster with no windscreen, no roof, and a sculpted headrest fairing flowing back over the rear deck. Part of the limited Icona series, it sits on the 812 Superfast's 6.5-litre V12 and uses a "Virtual Wind Shield" that channels air over the cockpit so the driver can run helmetless at speed. The exposed single seat, the carbon front splitter and the quad tailpipes set under a clean tail mark it as a car built for one person and one experience rather than the spec sheet.

The model shows the deep metallic blue with its thin white centre stripe, the cognac single seat and the yellow calipers behind silver wheels, all on a presentation base with the matching pit-stop helmet alongside. It is built at 1:18.
