Ferrari FXX-K Evo, Matte Red

The FXX-K Evo is the most extreme expression of the LaFerrari bloodline: a track-only research car that takes the hybrid hypercar and strips away every concession to the road. The defining change over the standard FXX-K is the aero: a fixed twin-element rear wing mounted on bridge supports, a reworked diffuser and a deeper front splitter, all visible here, lifting downforce well beyond what the road car could ever carry. With its 6.3-litre V12 and KERS combining for around 1,035bhp, it was never homologated or sold for road use; Ferrari built it for clients in its XX programme, who run the car at exclusive private track days rather than owning it outright. This is automotive engineering pursued without compromise, for a handful of people who value the experience over the road registration.

The model is finished in matte red, a flat, almost technical tone that suits a car conceived as a laboratory rather than a showpiece, and the detailing carries through to the gloss-black wing, exposed diffuser fins and yellow-lettered Pirelli slicks. It is built at 1:18 and sits on a leather-textured display base.
