Ferrari F8 Tributo, Yellow

Ferrari unveiled the F8 Tributo at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show as the successor to the 488, and its name pays homage to the company's mid-engined V8s. It took its 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 from the 488 Pista, with 720 PS at 8,000 rpm and 770 Nm at 3,250 rpm, which made it the most powerful V8 Ferrari built up to then. Ferrari claimed 2.9 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h, a top speed of 340 km/h and 15 per cent more downforce than the 488 GTB. At the back it brought four round tail lamps, a feature not seen on a V8 Ferrari since the F430, under a louvred engine cover made of lightweight Lexan.

The model is painted a bright solid yellow, with yellow calipers behind silver five twin-spoke wheels and Ferrari shields on the front wings. An F8 Tributo plate sits below the four round lamps, above twin tailpipes. Through the glass the cabin is trimmed in blue leather with white stitching. It stands on a white leather base stitched in red, with a black plaque carrying the Ferrari shield, the F8 Tributo name and the car's figures, among them 710 hp at 8,000 rpm, 770 Nm at 3,250 rpm, 1,435 kg and 340 km/h. It is one of a limited edition of 5, built at 1:18.
