The Daytona SP3 follows the Monza SP models in Ferrari's Icona series. It was unveiled on 20 November 2021 and shown in full at the Finali Mondiali at Mugello two days later, and its shape looks back to the 330 P4, the endurance racer that won at Daytona in 1967. It sits on the LaFerrari Aperta's chassis, with carbon fibre used for the shell, chassis and parts of the body, and a removable roof makes it a targa. The naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 revs to 9,500 rpm and makes 840 PS at 9,250 rpm. Ferrari planned 599 cars, styled by its Styling Centre under Flavio Manzoni, and quoted 0 to 100 km/h in 2.85 seconds and more than 340 km/h.
BBR finishes this one in exposed carbon: the weave runs across every body panel under a clear gloss and darkens to black in shadow. The seats are olive green, the five-spoke wheels titanium grey, and yellow Ferrari shields sit on the front wings. A silver blade runs along each lower flank, and the tail is a stack of horizontal louvres above the Daytona SP3 badge. The car stands on a base topped with carbon weave over black leather, with a chrome Prancing Horse, the BBR logo and a Limited Edition plaque. BBR builds it at 1:18.
