Ferrari 812 Competizione, Silver with Tricolore Stripes

On 5 May 2021 Ferrari presented the 812 Competizione and the open Competizione A, track-focused versions of its front-engined V12 berlinetta, and limited them to 999 and 599 cars. Both were sold out. The 6.5-litre V12 was reworked to give 830 PS at 9,250 rpm and 692 Nm, with a redline at 9,500 rpm, and an independent four-wheel steering system sharpened the chassis. The bodywork changed as much as the engine, and the model shows it clearly: the carbon blade that cuts across the bonnet, the reshaped nose with its deep intakes, and the louvred panel over the rear deck.

This one is painted silver and dressed in racing colours. A French tricolore stripe in blue, white and red runs from the nose over the roof to the tail, large white roundels, left blank, sit on the bonnet and both doors, and there is a small yellow disc on each front wing. The carbon bonnet blade, front intakes and diffuser are left bare, and the car rides on dark grey multi-spoke wheels. The white leather base has red stitching, and its black plaque lists the V12's figures and marks the model as a limited edition. The model is built at 1:18.
