In 2023 Ferrari returned to the top class of endurance racing for the first time in half a century with the 499P, built for the new Le Mans Hypercar category, and won the 24 Hours of Le Mans at the first attempt, in the race's centenary year. It was Ferrari's first outright win there since 1965. The 499P won again in 2024, and in 2025 the AF Corse car of Robert Kubica, Yifei Ye and Phil Hanson made it three Le Mans victories in a row.
The painting stretches the car into a long, narrow panorama. The nose and front wheel are held sharp at the left while everything behind them pulls away in streaks of red, yellow and black, with details surfacing in the blur: flashes of yellow at the nose, the Ferrari shield, the HYPERCAR class panel on the flank and Michelin lettering on the tyre wall. The grey ground is brushed flat and quiet, so the colour carries all of the movement. Signed with the artist's circled monogram at lower right, it is an original painting, one of one.
