Cadillac Escalade-V, Radiant Red Tintcoat

Cadillac added a V-Series version to its biggest SUV in 2022. The Escalade-V keeps the fifth-generation body and its three rows of seats, but in place of the standard 6.2-litre V8 it has the supercharged LT4, rated at 682 hp and 653 lb-ft and paired with a ten-speed automatic. All-wheel drive is full time, and the torque split changes with the drive mode: 50/50 in Snow, 40/60 in Tour and 30/70 in Sport. Cadillac quotes 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds, and at its launch it was the largest performance SUV on the American market. A longer-wheelbase ESV version was offered alongside it.

The paint here is Radiant Red Tintcoat, a deep metallic red, with a black roof, black window surrounds and a black mesh grille carrying the colour crest. The V-Series badge sits on each front wing. The wheels are dark multi-spoke rims with the Cadillac crest at the centre, on Bridgestone tyres, with red calipers behind them.
