Bugatti EB 16.4 Veyron, Dubai Police

The Veyron 16.4 was Bugatti's answer to a question nobody else dared ask: a 1,001-horsepower, quad-turbo W16 capable of more than 250 mph, built to be as docile in traffic as it was violent at full chat. When Dubai Police added one to its fleet, it became less a patrol car than a statement of the city's ambition, parked outside malls and airports as proof that nothing on the emirate's roads would ever outrun the law. This example wears the force's signature scheme: a white body split by a sweeping green flank, "Police" lettering in both Arabic and English, and the gold force crest on the door.

At 1:64 the proportions are faithfully held, from the horseshoe grille and central spine to the alloy wheels and the green-and-white livery applied cleanly down each side.
