Bugatti Divo with W16 Engine, Blue & White

Bugatti unveiled the Divo on 24 August 2018 at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week, and by then the question of who would own one was already settled: the run was fixed at forty cars, priced at €5 million net each, and all were sold. Deliveries began in 2020, after two years of development and more than 5,000 km of chassis testing, with the Nürburgring Nordschleife among the proving grounds. For a marque whose modern reputation rested on straight-line speed, it was a pointed change of subject: the same 1,500 PS W16 as the Chiron, with harder springs, revised camber and a more front-oriented balance for the road that turns.

This example is painted a deep metallic blue over a white splitter, white sill blades and a white stripe along the bonnet, with exposed black carbon below and a tan interior visible through the glass. It carries Italian tricolore decals on the sill and front wing in place of the usual French flag. Beside it on the shared carbon base stands the W16 itself, a separate model complete with its gearbox, paired turbochargers, silver charge pipes and textured heat shielding on the exhaust manifolds, held up on two polished posts.
