Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, Gold

Alfa Romeo unveiled the new 33 Stradale on 30 August 2023 as a homage to the 1967 original, and limited it to 33 cars. The project began in June 2022 and drew on development work from an abandoned Alfa project that had gone into the Maserati MC20. The car uses a modified version of the MC20's carbon-fibre monocoque with aluminium subframes, and buyers could choose the MC20's 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 with an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox, or an all-electric drivetrain. Alfa Romeo claims under 3.0 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and a top speed of 333 km/h for both, and the cars are built by Touring Superleggera.

This one is finished in a deep metallic gold, over gloss black wheels with large round openings. Carbon runs along the front splitter, the sills and the rear diffuser, where two pairs of round tailpipes sit either side of a central light. The headlamps sit in deep housings either side of the narrow shield grille with its chrome bars, the mirrors are carbon, and the cabin is black. At the back, Alfa Romeo script sits above a 33 Stradale plate between the round tail lamps. The car stands on a grey green stitched leather base with a white card plaque carrying the 33 Stradale script and the Alfa Romeo badge, and a mark embossed in one corner. It is built at 1:18.
