Its twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre V12 is a version of BMW's N74 unique to the Phantom, driving through a ZF eight-speed automatic that uses GPS data to choose its gears. It was also the first Rolls-Royce with four-wheel steering: below 60 km/h the rear wheels turn up to 3 degrees against the fronts, and above 80 km/h up to 1 degree with them. The Extended Wheelbase car adds 220 mm, and the Series II announced in May 2022 brought the lit grille, starlit headlamps and new wheels.

Here it is two-tone in a bright turquoise blue, with gloss black over the bonnet, roof and boot. The faceted multi-spoke wheels are finished dark, which suits the black upper half, while the grille, window frames and Spirit of Ecstasy stay bright. Inside, black leather seats sit against door panels and lower dashboard trim in blue, and the fascia carries a black and silver swirl pattern. It sits on a black velvet base with white stitching, and the etched plaque reads Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended Wheelbase II, Jim&Bill and Henson&Heaven, one of 20.
