It was shorter than the R33 it replaced, with a reduced front overhang and a wheelbase of 2,665 mm against the R33's 2,720 mm, a change made after customers said the older car felt too bulky. Under the bonnet sat the 2.6-litre twin-turbo RB26DETT straight-six, officially rated at 280 PS under the Japanese makers' gentleman's agreement, driving through a six-speed Getrag gearbox. The V-spec added the ATTESA E-TS Pro all-wheel-drive system with an active rear limited-slip differential, along with firmer suspension, front and side splitters and a carbon-fibre rear diffuser.

The plaque calls this car the GT-R R34 Customized Edition, and it is finished in a bright metallic blue. The front wings are widened and vented, carbon canards and a deep carbon splitter sit low on the nose, carbon skirts run along the sills, and a tall carbon wing stands on the boot lid. The bonnet lifts away to show the engine with its red cam cover and a polished strut brace across the bay. Black ten-spoke wheels, the four round tail lamps, SKYLINE across the boot panel and a single large exhaust complete it. The base is black leather with blue stitching and a blue edge, with a glass plaque at the front. IVY builds it at 1:18.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0821/8519/1637/files/TAH-12828-02_2a7d6752-9887-4b9d-bd63-d3205313deba.jpg?v=1791401869
