Most were bodied by Pinin Farina, a few by Boano and Ghia, and 35 were built in all. The Series III of 1958 and 1959 was the final version, twelve cars in total. Its interior had a crackle black dashboard as standard and a wood-rimmed steering wheel with three aluminium spokes, and on the three-window cars the sail panels carried three louvres and opening hatches to ventilate the cockpit. Its 4.9-litre V12 gave 400 bhp, 40 more than the Series II.

BBR finishes this three-window coupé in white, with a brown cabin. The headlamps are open, in chrome rims, either side of the egg-crate grille, and a dark strip runs back from the bonnet scoop. Behind each front wheel is a three-bar vent in a chrome surround, with a Pininfarina badge beside it, and louvres cut through the rear pillars. Chrome trim frames the glass, the car runs on chrome wire wheels, and red tail lamps and two pairs of exhaust tips finish the rear. It stands on a grey leather base with a plaque naming the 410 Serie III.
