The Flying Spur Speed was announced that September as the W12 flagship of the range, with 635 PS, 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 207 mph, and Bentley described it as one of the last cars to use the engine. Inside came Dinamica, a suede-like material, Speed graphics for the instruments and illuminated Speed treadplates.

The model is finished in a bright metallic blue with an orange and black cabin. Speed script appears low on both front wings and again on the passenger side of the black dashboard, and the grille is a dark mesh with a bright centre bar and surround. The wheels are a chrome turbine-style design with winged B centres, and chrome lines the windows, the waist and the sills. Orange hide covers the fluted seats, the steering wheel and the quilted door panels, with black on the upper dash, the fascia and the centre console. The black velvet base carries an etched Henson & Heaven plaque giving an edition of 30.
